QuoteIQ pricing in 2026: every plan explained
QuoteIQ publishes every price, which already puts it ahead of half the category. Here is what each plan costs, how many people it covers, what costs extra, and which one a shop your size should start on.

QuoteIQ runs from $29.99/mo (Essentials, 1 user) to $699.99/mo (Max, 20 users). Extra users are $25/mo on any plan, annual billing is advertised as "2 months free", and every plan has a 14-day trial that needs a card to start. Most solo operators start on Essentials; most dispatching teams end up on Pro or Elite.

From QuoteIQ's pricing page, checked Oct 2026. Each tier includes everything in the tier below. Some older QuoteIQ pages still show different prices; the pricing page is the one to trust.

Each plan is a flat monthly fee with a set number of users: 1, 2, 4, 10 and 20. Beyond that, every plan charges $25 per extra user per month, up to 100 users. That makes the maths simple. Essentials plus one extra user is $54.99, cheaper than Beginner at $99.99 if you don't need Beginner's tools. Pro plus six users is $349.99, which is more than Elite at $299.99, so at ten people Elite is the better buy.
Annual billing
QuoteIQ says yearly billing "saves you 2 months free", which works out to ten times the monthly price: about $299.90 a year for Essentials or $1,999.90 for Pro. The plan cards don't show annual totals, and one FAQ example doesn't match that maths exactly, so confirm the total at checkout. A popup on some QuoteIQ pages also offers up to 40% off an annual plan, but that offer comes with no free trial and is billed in full at checkout.
Free trial terms
Every plan has a 14-day free trial, and a credit or debit card is required to start. QuoteIQ describes it as an evaluation period in which plan features and usage limits still apply, so start the trial on the plan you expect to buy. There is no contract, per QuoteIQ's electrician page, and Capterra lists no long-term contracts.
What costs extra
- IQ Credits. AI and communication features draw on monthly credits (500 to 8,000 by plan). QuoteIQ says AI actions show their credit cost before running, and its Jobber comparison says usage "may cost extra".
- AI Website Builder: $34.99/mo on Essentials through Elite; included on Max.
- Storage: +100 GB $9.99/mo, +500 GB $34.99/mo, +2 TB $99.99/mo.
- Proposals: 100 IQ Credits each on Essentials, Beginner and Pro; included on Elite and Max.
- Additional businesses: an add-on below Max, which includes four.
- Payment processing: separate from the subscription and not published. Payments run through Stripe; financing through Stripe or Whop on their terms.
Which plan fits which crew size
| Crew | Plan | Monthly | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 person | Essentials | $29.99 | Estimates, AI Estimator, scheduling, invoicing, payments, financing, AI receptionist |
| 2 people | Beginner, or Essentials + 1 user | $99.99 / $54.99 | Beginner adds satellite measuring, job photos, expense tracking, Google Calendar Sync |
| 3–4 people | Pro | $199.99 | Job assignment, On The Way texts, QuickBooks Online, job costing, in-app calling |
| 5–10 people | Elite | $299.99 | Online booking, route optimization, inventory, EmployeeHub, mass campaigns |
| 11–20 people or several businesses | Max | $699.99 | Crew management, account manager, website builder, 4 businesses |
The tier jumps are where shops overspend. Write down the one feature you can't run without and buy the lowest plan that has it: QuickBooks means Pro, online booking means Elite. The features page lists what each one includes.
How it compares
QuoteIQ's $29.99 entry plan is below Jobber Core ($49/mo) and Housecall Pro Basic ($79/mo), and its $25 extra user is below their roughly $29 and $35. The gap narrows for bigger crews: Jobber Connect starts from $139/mo for up to 15 users. Our QuoteIQ vs Jobber comparison and the general guide to what field service software costs go deeper, and QuoteIQ's own Jobber comparison gives the vendor's view.
Is QuoteIQ worth it?
For a small shop that quotes a lot, yes. We've used QuoteIQ, and at $29.99 a month Essentials covers what most one-truck businesses need, plus AI estimating on the entry plan. It is worth less if the feature you need sits on Elite: paying $299.99 just for online booking is hard to justify for a three-person crew. How much does QuoteIQ cost per month?
QuoteIQ has five plans: Essentials $29.99/mo for one user, Beginner $99.99 for two, Pro $199.99 for four, Elite $299.99 for ten and Max $699.99 for twenty. Extra users cost $25 each per month on every plan, up to 100 users. Card processing is separate and not published.
Does QuoteIQ offer annual pricing?
Yes. QuoteIQ says yearly billing saves you two months, which works out to about ten times the monthly price, for example roughly $299.90 a year for Essentials. The plan cards don't show annual totals, so confirm the exact figure at checkout before you pay.
Is there a free QuoteIQ plan or free trial?
There is no free plan. Every paid plan has a 14-day free trial, and a credit or debit card is required to start. Plan features and usage limits apply during the trial. A separate annual discount offer of up to 40% off comes with no free trial.
What costs extra on QuoteIQ?
AI and communication usage beyond your monthly IQ Credits may cost extra. The AI Website Builder is $34.99/mo below Max, extra storage starts at $9.99/mo for 100 GB, proposals use 100 credits each below Elite, and payment processing fees are separate from the subscription.
Which QuoteIQ plan should I choose?
Buy the lowest plan that has the feature you can't do without. Solo operators usually start on Essentials. Teams that need job assignment, QuickBooks Online or job costing need Pro. Online booking, routing and inventory need Elite, which is also cheaper than Pro plus six extra users at ten people.
